Knowledge of different construction methods planning, scheduling, sequencing, quality, safety, and timelines. Successfully led pursuits valued at up to $150 million in various delivery methods. 8 years of progressive experience in construction cost estimating and 6–12 months of on-site experience are preferred. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related discipline or trade experience or equivalent. Reputation for solid relationships in the industry.
May lead a team to calculate and prepare bid and proposal submissions on large, complex contracts to successfully secure contracts that achieve acceptable financial returns.
